In the 1999 contest over 400 people came to The WayOut Club to watch 34 contestants compete.

Judges included From Rapido - Sister Bendy, Beautiful author - Samantha Kane, From France Ambre and Morgan, From Exotica - Geraldo, Rueben & Karen, From second prize givers The Boudoir - Jodie & Pandora PLUS previous winner Miss Eve Bouquet.

The outright winner was Yuri, (originally from Thailand).
Yuri’s confident, feminine grace shone through two simple but classic outfits.
